Product Policy

All our products are covered by a 1 year warranty (from date of purchase), against manufacturing defects. 

This warranty is valid only for items used and stored in accordance with our care instructions. Use of your item outdoors and natural cosmetic changes in the material over time (that do not compromise its structural stability) is not covered.

  • Complimentary Delivery

Our complimentary delivery service provides transport and installation of all items within the eligible invoice, to one location in Singapore, up to street or lift-landing levels. Specialised delivery requirements such as staircase carrying and craning will incur separate fees to be quoted on enquiry. 

Orders above $1000 are eligible for one complimentary delivery trip to one location in Singapore.

Our complimentary deliveries are conducted on Mondays - Fridays, between 9am to 6pm. Complimentary deliveries are not available on weekends and public holidays. 

  • Scheduling

Our team will notify you approximately one week before your scheduled delivery date and time. Kindly note that any changes to your delivery slot are subject to availability. Transport is a live event with many moving parts, and the occasional delay may be experienced. 

  • Rescheduling/ Redelivery

After we have received your confirmation of your delivery slot, any changes requested with less than 48 hours notice will incur rescheduling fees ($50). Changes requested on the same day of delivery will also incur redelivery fees that will be quoted based on the size of your item (starting from $200). 

  • Storage

We accept orders up to 3 months in advance. Requests for delivery delays beyond 3 months from date of order will incur storage fees depending on the amount and duration of storage required. Please note that requests for storage are subject to availability and may not be possible. 

  • Receiving

Please ensure that someone you trust is present within your scheduled delivery window, to receive and inspect your order. All delivery damage claims must be submitted on receipt of the item, to avoid possible dispute. 

Should you require specialised installation requirements (such as a specific leg placement), it is your responsibility to ensure that someone you trust is present to guide the installers on your preferences. The information provided by your representative on-site is considered to be the last and overriding authority on the matter, regardless of any prior communications. 

Our delivery team cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to your property during the delivery - please ensure that someone you trust is on-site to supervise, if needed.

  • Access

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that there is safe and ready access for the delivery and installation team, during the delivery window agreed on. This includes but is not limited to paying any deposits and adhering to any specific requirements by your apartment management, and ensuring that any renovation debris has been cleared to prevent accidents in the work area or damage to your items. 

Should our team be unable to access the installation location within 15 minutes of arrival, the delivery will be cancelled and a redelivery fee will be charged.

  • Refund Policy

As every item is customized, we do not allow order cancellations for non-defect reasons. Please ensure that you have the information you need before making your purchase. 

  • Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Exchanges

Depending on the specifics of your issue, our team may propose an exchange for your item. We will let you know when the assessment has been completed.
