  • Where are you located and what are your opening hours?

We are located at  211 Henderson Road, 09-04
(Henderson Industrial Building) 

Mon - Tues: By appointment only
Wed - Fri : 12:00 - 18:00 
Sat, Sun & PH : 11:00 - 19:00 

  • Where is your furniture made?
Our furniture is from South East Asia or directly from our own factories.
While offering competitive prices is one of our objectives, we maintain high manufacturing standards by sourcing from reliable suppliers with fine craftsmanship. We also consolidate orders to cut down on logistics costs and cut out the middleman - this means maximum savings for you!
  • Can I customise furniture with Asia Passion?

Yes, We do custom orders! Drop by our shop and have a chat with us or  message us with your idea and we will try our best to make it happen. All customisations are made specially for you, therefore we do not accept cancellation or return of these items.

  • Is every piece of furniture listed online?

We try to list as many as possible, but we have more in-store at all times. Do visit our showroom for more selections.

  •  How do I know which furniture items are still available in-store from the website?


Any item that is not described or listed as "Sold" or "On hold" (pending payment) on the product title is still available in-store.

  • If I see something that is no longer available, is Asia Passion able to help custom made for the same piece?


Yes. We can custom made the same piece with your preference colour, size and etc.  

  • How long is the production lead time for custom order? 

Our lead time usually take about 8 - 12 weeks after the order is confirmed and designs are approved. 

 

  • Are your items true to pictures?
We do our best to portray our pieces as accurately as possible online however, photoshoot lighting conditions and monitor settings etc. may cause a slight colour variance to the actual item.
Do also expect variations in the woodgrains and wood colour tones. Due to the unique nature of each wood piece used, the wood / veneer is marked by organic knots, nicks and other visual imperfections which highlight its origins.
